This project is based on the design found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26535, which has modified its 8mm holes to 5/16" for North American users. To enhance functionality, I added a simple bushing on one side, eliminating the need for washers that allow free-wheeling of bearings. Required hardware includes (4) 608ZZ ball bearings (8mm x 22mm x 7mm), (16) 5/16 nuts, and (4) 5/16" threaded rod, each 6" long. I'm currently working on a combined filament guide and cleaner for this design; once completed, I will provide an update with a link. Print at 0.25mm layers with 40% infill, using 3 perimeters and 3 layers top/bottom.
