Mosfet Box for 2020 / 2040 Aluminum Profiles

This is a box designed to hold four IRF520 MOSFET drivers. I purchased these boards from Aliexpress, so they can be easily found by others. The box measures 164x86x27 cm and features two holes with diameters of 11.5cm and 6cm for installing a power jack and a lever switch respectively. Each MOSFET board is secured in place by two M3 screw holes. A sliding lid with self-locking mechanism and a large hole on one side allow cables to pass through it. Additionally, the box features a sliding piece designed for use with 2020/2040 aluminum profiles. I used this box on my Ender 3 printer to control LED lights using a Raspberry Pi, taking advantage of the cable management features and secure storage provided by the box. The hole on the side proved useful for routing cables towards the Pi and LEDs. This large print may seem excessive for such small MOSFETs, but it offers comfortable cable organization.
