Multicolored mosaic with theatrical mask, originating from the far western residential district of Veleia's residential area. From the opus signinum (cocciopesto) pavement floor, dating back to Augustan times, remains only the emblem (the central part) that presents, within a geometrically articulated frame on multiple bands, a female mask, a motif with apotropaic values common among Roman mosaics.
