This is a custom mount for use with the Mosaic Palette2/Pro and designed specifically for 2040 v-slot extrusions. It attaches effortlessly without any need for screws or additional hardware, providing a seamless integration with your existing setup. The mount features sliding capabilities along the v-slot, allowing you to adjust its position as needed. Alternatively, you can secure it in place using a stop screw for added stability. Included with this design are the supports used during the 3D modeling process in S3D. These supports are specifically tailored to ensure proper structural integrity within the open slots of the mount. A detailed picture is also provided, outlining the correct orientation for the other bridges within S3D to prevent unnecessary support material from being generated. To ensure maximum strength and durability, the mount was printed with four outer perimeters and 100% infill density. It's worth noting that with four perimeters in place, any less than full infill density would not provide sufficient structural integrity. The suitability of a brim or raft will depend on the performance of your prints sticking to the bed. You can adjust this setting according to your specific needs.
