So in my infinite wisdom I decided to leave my Palette3 Pro in front of the 3D printer- and at the end of a print the moving build platform homed and sent the device smashing to floor- snapping the plastic part that retains the intake roller. Unfortunately I couldn't find the part listed as a spare on their website- and I was too impatient to wait for their support to reply- so I took a 3D scan of the broken part- and mashed this together. It's not a perfect replica- and I did have to sand down the one in the photo (STL has been updated), but is installed in my Palette and working fine.
