This is a modification of my mortise jig, now adapted to accommodate 45-degree mitres seamlessly. It's a rapid turnaround job, with no printing done yet - I'm still in the development phase. The design will require some refinement before it can handle other angles accurately and the optimal distance between the mortise must be determined through trial and error. Contributions to the model are most welcome.
