The jig can be used for beams with dimensions from 4cmx4cm to 12cmx12cm. The template is printed on a 3D printer from PET-g with a filling of 20% at a quality of 0.28. Each 14cmx14cm template has two parts plus a frame and they are designed 1mm larger than necessary and need to be adjusted so that they fit snugly by sanding with sandpaper. Plexiglass in size 20cmx30cm and 10mm thick and the thickness of the plexiglass is the most important and the rest of the parts can be of any size.
