This is a Morrow Mountain viewpoint taken from the Doerschuck Site in North Carolina. The viewpoint was captured on August 5, 2014, within the Research Laboratories of Archaeology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill using a NextEngine Desktop 3D scanner. The viewpoint is depicted in Figure 33 on Page 38 of Coe's 1964 work "Formative Cultures of the Carolina Piedmont," Transactions of the American Philosophical Society, Volume 54, Part 5. It serves as the central point on Row A of that figure. Courtesy of the Research Laboratories of Archaeology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill
