They can also form larger intrusives bodies.\nIn the same region, there is a Basic Dike "Dark-colored diabasic rocks, afiric, afanitic, or fine, medium, or coarse faneritic. Coarser grain terms occur in the center of thicker dikes and may be classified as gabbros. They form dikes with varying thicknesses, possibly locally reaching up to 200 meters."
