We're excited to share a mini model of the Taj Mahal made entirely within Morphi. This was one of our first test models created in the app and we've included it here as an example of what you can create using this tool. It's a simple design and still a work in progress, so keep that in mind when printing it. In Morphi, users of all skill levels can design 3D printable objects on their own devices using just touch input, without the need for Wi-Fi or a computer mouse. Once you've installed Morphi, you can start creating your own 3D designs right away. We're looking forward to releasing Morphi for Android devices in the near future! This mini model is based on the original design we created in Morphi using a minimalist style featuring ellipsoids, cubes, cylinders, and spheres. Please note that this model is still a work in progress and was designed as an experimental/test piece while we were fine-tuning our app's features. If you decide to print this model, please keep the following points in mind: Firstly, be sure to add support structures for the thin platform beneath the Taj Mahal's base. You can do this by using your slicing software and checking the box for Print Support Structure in programs like Cura. Secondly, we designed this test model on a large scale, so consider scaling it down at least 40% prior to printing to avoid prolonged print times, even on high-speed settings. Thirdly, when printing the smaller domes and their supporting structures, slow down your printer's speed by about 50% overall. This will ensure that everything prints smoothly and without any issues.
