This is Morph. Little is known about him. A few months ago rumors started popping up about a mysterious figure appearing in the city and its surrounding villages. Some say he terrorised, some say he helped. His motives are unknown and his actions unpredictable. Morph is what the squad calls him as he always changes names, never revealing his true one.
