Okay, so this model has been thoroughly revised now. I've broken it down into sections, adding connector "nubs" for each part which are designed to print on their sides, ensuring layer lines run the length of them instead of across their widths - a move that should eliminate de-lamination issues entirely. Assuming your machine handles bridges effectively, you'll likely only need supports for the hilt piece and only if you don't print it with the "nub hole" side facing down. Everything else should be ready to go without supports. I've also redesigned this model to fit a 3/4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe perfectly, which fits the scale of this design much better, and I've widened the collar to make it fit an adult hand comfortably - something that was missing from the 1/2-inch version. Just in case anyone wants to print one for a toddler or smaller child, I've included both versions. Once I print this and verify everything is working smoothly, I'll consider it complete. When I'm confident with the result, I'll update this summary accordingly. Note: You'll need a printer with a high build volume to print the spearhead as it measures roughly 357mm end-to-end. I'm printing mine standing up with supports and a raft - we'll see how that turns out.
