In order to carry out part machining using our CAM software, I needed a CNC machine bed. This required setting up part mounting, clamping and fixtures, as well as implementing anti-collision detection. Unable to find a suitable bed for my machine, I decided to create one myself. Others may also find this useful in their CAD/CAM package.
