I introduce my own design for a Morgan-like trike. After completing assembly, you should end up with a nice three-wheeled vehicle featuring flexible rear suspension. After printing all the necessary parts, you'll need some additional items to complete the model. These include: - 3mm screws to connect the front wheels - 3mm shafts to enable the rear axle to turn and mount the rear wheel - Several pieces of 1.75mm filament for the rear flexible suspension - A piece of cord and a spring, used as a flexible component in the construction As I'm sharing this project, I just finished version one of my "Morgan"-like trike. The model isn't yet fully printed, so it's still a work-in-progress project. Today, I'm sharing rendered pictures of the model along with two pieces of chassis. Yesterday, I printed a few parts for the trike. The chassis came out without any issues, and the engine part looks great too. However, the front suspension part is okay but not perfect. The wheels are designed in three parts due to the rim design, which makes them click together well. Still, you'll need some force to get the tires onto the rims or you can print the tires at an enlarged scale (about 105 percent should work). I had a problem printing the front fenders and will try again with different printer settings or upload a redesigned part. I've added a few assembly plans along with additional STL parts for your reference. The whole model is now printed, assembled, and has undergone some modifications. These changes include: - Reconfiguring the chassis to provide more space for the rear wheel - Changing the position of the seats to increase the range of rear suspension movement - Modifying the steering wheel to make it easier to print - Changing the front fenders to simplify printing - Including an STL file for the front bodykit grille - Making some adjustments to facilitate assembly, such as positioning the front axle and bodykit I've added a few pictures of the finished and tuned v1.
