More than Seizures
thingiverse
I've been living with epilepsy since I was 14. I spent 13 years years without seizures, without constant medications, without constantly balancing sleep and stress, without having the anxiety of not having a seizure. But that was not the only thing for epilepsy. It's missing out on a lot. Life is just a little more stress everywhere in life. For some this doesn't seem like a big thing but going through high school and never being able to drive. Not because of time or money constraints but because of something you cannot fully control. That was only a part of it. Emblazoned on the the pixelized letters here are some of the many things I've had to deal with on a daily basis. From basically slurs, to things I've had to say all the time like "I need a ride" or some iteration of it. Other things like 1/26 are the chance of someone having epilepsy at some point in their life. If you feel at all moved by this or possibly any comments left below by other with epilepsy one of the best things you can do is go to learn.epilepsy.com and take a seizure first aid course that only takes around 75 minutes to complete. 1 in 10 people will have a seizure in their life be a hero and help. Note: The print settings are only a estimate as at present I have to replace the nozzle on my printer and have not been able to print but further updates will be added once adjustments are made.
