Here is an intriguing new space-filling polyhedron described by Guy Inchbald in his 1996 Mathematical Gazette paper. Further updates and more information can be found at - http://www.steelpillow.com/polyhedra/five_sf/five.htm The polyhedron boasts 11 vertices and 11 faces, and is classified as a bisymmetric hendecahedra. Six blocks were created from this polyhedron. One is the fundamental polyhedron. As the polyhedron features four distinct faces, it was possible to craft 4 different pairs of polyhedra each sharing a unique face. Additionally, a set of 4 polyhedra forms a unit, described at the web site, multiple copies of which stack together to fill space. OpenSCAD code is included.
