THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS I saw the Mental_Moose's design and thought it would be nice if it could be around the miniature. So here's the first of a test run. I'm not sure where it's going at this point, I'd love to hear some feedback on fonts, thickness of band and such if anyone cares.
