more printparts for the Bruder style roller

I printed the Bruder style roller for my kids, but I didn't have any PVC tubing to use as a roller, so I printed one myself. Then, I thought that since I was already at it, I might as well create a new endcap with a printed bolt and a collar, so the whole thing could be printed from start to finish. So, print the frame from the original file, and then print everything else from here - this way, you won't need any more parts than what can be printed out.
