More polyhedron facet/vertex extensions
thingiverse
This collection of objects complements http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4934, fitting together geometrically. Additionally, they snap with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4899 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893, albeit not geometricaly. Spoke versions of triangles, squares, pentagons, and hexagons are included, along with some that feature regular and askew polygonal facets. The straight lines in these models might print more cleanly than the circles in previous versions. To create these shapes, locate polyhedra templates and print the necessary facets. Archemedian solids can be constructed using a combination of triangles 1 and 2, square 1, pentagons 1 and 2, and hexagon 1 (with the option to flip inside-out). If not flipping, both hexagon 1 and 2 are required. The author has yet to print and test this set.
