More ergonomic handle - Dacor oven
thingiverse
The user was dissatisfied with the initial design and sought a more ergonomically designed product that would comfortably fit in their fingers. The redesigned model was created using 123Design, and further simplified in MeshLab to achieve an impressively small file size. I am currently printing this new version using ABS material, with a layer thickness of 3mm and an infill density of 15%. Update: Upon initial inspection, the print appeared slightly underweight but remarkably strong. It's possible that increasing the infill percentage to 25% and incorporating honeycomb structures might further enhance its durability. Print Settings: Printer: Da Vinci Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 3mm Infill: 15% Notes: A 5mm brim is applied, with a glue stick secured on painters tape.
