More Easy Bed Level - Anycubic Photon
thingiverse
The original design comes with two issues: Hardware components are not readily available (no M4 inserts, and no M6x30 required ) and you must use a tool to secure screws (tight space to operate).\r\n\r\nMy remix is more convenient in hardware parts and user-friendly (no tools required)!\r\n\r\nTo assemble you only need:\r\n4 M3 8-10mm (bottom, reuse the original screws)\r\n4 M3 40-50mm (vertical screws, to the bed plate's back)\r\n4 M3 nuts \r\nknobs:\r\n4 M3 20-25mm\r\n4 M3 nuts\r\n\r\nI recommend printing in petg (70% infill or more). \r\n\r\nMy similar prusa i3 makes holes tight (maybe too much): so the holes for vertical screw are bigger to prevent friction... give me a feedback if you try to print my remix!\r\nThank you!\r\n\r\n*01/01/20 update: \r\nknob (V2) nuts hole enlarged to fit M3 nuts better.\r\nReduced distance between vertical holes in the main body (V3)
