Emmett's folding cubes are a delight to own; however, their durability is compromised due to excessive play by my kids. A simple hack solves this issue by replacing cone and socket hinges with holes for hinge pins. The result? An almost indestructible cube! For assembly, I printed at 125% in Makeware, drilled the holes to 3mm, and locked the pins using a soldering iron.
