More accurate vertical angle calibration for Afinia/Up! 3D printers
thingiverse
I needed a more precise vertical angle calibration for my printer; the default one was too short and I didn't know how to improve it. Then, I found this helpful video (not made by me) that explains an effective solution and even shows the calculations involved: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IP5NF1_ySpo. The creator used this calculator: http://www.csgnetwork.com/righttricalc.html. If you decide to use the provided STL file, remember to set your A value at 125mm for optimal results. I chose .4mm layer heights for a quicker print process.
