The right (and left, if mirrored) wing of Walt Mooney's rubber band-powered peanut scale model aircraft, Mordecai Murphy's Dart, is currently being redesigned for 3D printability and compatibility with micro RC electronics. To minimize the need for rafts or support material, parts have been engineered accordingly. The wing ribs are approximately 0.56mm thick, which is the thinnest wall achieved using a Makerbot Replicator. For printing specifications, layer height is set at 0.2mm with 100% infill and zero extra shells. A raft is not used, nor is support material. It's worth mentioning that this wing's airfoil exhibits unusual stall behavior due to its flat bottom design, contrasting the more symmetrical airfoil in the original design; however, the print quality justifies this choice.
