Mophie Juicepack ATV Helmet Mount

Disclaimer: I'm no designer by trade, but I took on a challenge and learned how to create a basic solution. My design was inspired by the Mophie Powerstation (available at Amazon). I created mounts that attach securely to the back of my helmet using Velcro. This setup allows me to power up my camera while keeping it protected from water, dirt, and mud - all thanks to this clever case from 3brpowersports.com. The battery pack fits snugly into place, making it nearly impossible to remove once inserted - a design choice I made intentionally. I designed this early in the year, have two working models, and they perform great. The PETG material used for printing has proven to be reliable. Note: If you decide to print this, keep in mind that every helmet is unique, so it may not fit perfectly to yours. However, since I use Velcro to attach it, a precise fit isn't necessary as long as it holds securely. In fact, I can lift the helmet up by the battery pack without any issues. To make things easier, I've included the Sketchup file for you to edit and customize according to your needs. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: FT-2020 * Rafts: Doesn't Matter * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Notes: Print with the closed end facing down without supports. I recommend stopping the print about 10-15MM in to test measure your battery pack, as your printer's calibration may vary.
