I'm printing a Moped Fairing with a 5.25" Diameter headlight opening that already has built-in support. The model prints with thin film in the headlight opening and base of each half, which I'll need to cut away, bondo, and sand smooth afterwards. It prints in two halves that pin together and glue. I've also uploaded a mount bracket I used, and you can find the headlight housing I purchased for use with the bracket and fairing on Amazon at B00GFCB81M.
