I customized the model using Curaengine with "touching bed" support settings. Printed it on a Printrbot Simple Metal. The design files in Freecad format give you full freedom to edit and adapt to varying bottle neck sizes as needed. Brown Rustoleum flat primer adds the desired base color. Fine white details on eyes and teeth are created with smooth strokes of Rustoleum flat white paint. Black on the nose is achieved by coating it with a Testors flat black enamel layer, giving a rich depth to the overall design. I add detailed expression with precise points made from fine-tip ink flows of a Sharpie in its finest point.
