Once in place drills anchors down three feet into surface of moon from drill pillars on either side. Once anchored, mast in back is released with actuators, cables to folding locking hinges to stand vertical. Reflective rolls are released and spring and lock together pivoting from center stretching to the sides. Then a motor and gears climb flat gears on the mast to get to the top. To angle the heliostat the motors that were used to do the drilling for the anchor, in reverse could operate a cam each to adjust the pitch of the heliostat. The motor used to lift the heliostat could also be used to help adjust the reflection by raising or lower from a specially designed slightly curved bar at the top.
