I designed this chandelier for my kid's bedroom using the puzzle technique with plywood CNC cutting. I created the structure by printing it with phosphorescent filament, while the foot and top sections were made from red PLA. The top features a hole to accommodate a 6mm cable. To print this design, you'll need a printer with at least a 300mm bed size, as the structure and foot components are relatively large pieces. You'll have to print nine separate pieces without feet and three with feet attached. I was able to successfully print three of each type simultaneously using my printer's tornado feature, but printing individual pieces with feet required sequential runs. You can arrange the pieces efficiently using software like Simplify 3D or Cura. The circles are numbered from top to bottom, allowing you to print all nine together in a single run on a 300mm bed printer. I've included an arranged file of all the components for your convenience. After printing is complete, simply assemble and glue all parts together to finish the project.
