<p>Designed with Blender. The idea it's very simple: It is a UV sphere with three modifiers applied: subdivision (x5), displacement (with the height map image) and decimate (for triangle simplification). Then cut off the top and bottom with the boolean intersection with a cube.</p><p>I exported the model to an STL file and open it with MS 3D builder to repair it (make it watertight). Then saved it in 3MF format and processed with Prusa Slicer in “vase mode” with 0.16mm layer height. It takes 3h34m printing time with my Genius (10 cm height).</p><p>This one is painted with a white primer spray to make it less sheen.
