In the United States, the Child Safety Protection Act demands warning labels on packaging for toys with tiny components. A tool known as the small parts test fixture measures toy parts by inserting them into a cylinder tube that is 1.25 inches in diameter and between 1 and 2.25 inches deep. This fixture mimics a child's mouth and pharynx, identifying any object that fits inside as a small part requiring a label indicating it poses a choking hazard to little kids. This 3D model at its current size (measured in inches) contains tiny components. The puzzle may be scaled up larger but is currently designed for a 3D print bed with dimensions slightly smaller than 9in by 9in. The usable space measures 6in by 6in. If you have a bigger printable area and prefer to give this toy to a child under three years old, please scale the design accordingly.
