Moon Lamp Base for 6 Inch Moon

I originally designed this to be carved out of wood on CNC, but ended up 3D printing instead. There's room for a battery powered LED light under the moon, and a square opening where I rigged up a way to allow the moon to spin (rotor + square pcs of wood). The light I used was a 3 inch light for under kitchen counters, the kind that you can just press to turn on. So when you press on the moon, it turns on. The setup was a result of solitary brainstorming and resourcefulness, so it is far from state of the art
