Welcome to CDMX! As a tribute to Mexico's vibrant capital city, we're excited to share the most comprehensive collection of its iconic landmarks and famous buildings in MiniWorld 3D! This project is massive, so we'll break it down into manageable parts, each featuring a few buildings that fit a specific theme. Part 3 showcases Monumental landmarks of Political, Cultural, and Religious significance. The Monument to the Mexican Revolution stands tall at 67 meters (220 ft) in height, making it the world's tallest triumphal arch. Completed in 1938, this stunning monument commemorates Mexico's 1910 political revolution, not its independence. The Palace of Fine Arts is Mexico's premier cultural center and venue. This magnificent building has hosted presentations, galleries, concerts, and plays by renowned artists and musicians since its completion in 1934. Its eclectic style seamlessly blends Neoclassical, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco elements, making it a masterpiece. The New Basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe is a breathtaking 1974 Catholic church built to accommodate the massive pilgrimage to visit Mexico's patron saint, the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe. Its modern facilities replaced older basilicas dating back to the 1700s. The building's unique shape is inspired by the Virgin's turquoise cloak, providing protection to all pilgrims beneath it. Last but not least, the Monumental Plaza de Toros Mexico is the world's largest bullring, boasting an impressive 41,262 seats. This iconic venue hosts more than just bullfighting events; boxing matches and concerts are also regular occurrences. As the most prestigious bullring outside of Spain, it has been the stage for some of the greatest matadors in history. All models in our Mexico City series are scaled to perfection, so you can easily compare their heights and sizes! We're thrilled to bring these incredible models to life and put a smile on the faces of all CDMX residents! MiniWorld 3D is your go-to destination for 3D printable landmarks and models from around the world. Each model is carefully crafted by hand and brain, so please be sure to give credit to our talented authors.
