Montini Twilight Wall Set (Lego Compatible)
cults3d
This set of Montini bricks forms a wall with a relief made from a bronze tablet scan called, "Twilight (Le Crépuscule)". The relief was intended for the house of the widow of the great historian Michelet and executed in 1895, demonstrating Bourdelle's assimilation of a decorative spirit that blends symbolism and "new art". Just like vintage original Montini parts, these bricks are fully compatible with classic Lego full height bricks. Montini building bricks were produced from 1961 to 1969 in the Netherlands. They were originally made from soft, pliable polypropylene. The diagonal fins of each brick bend slightly around the pips of the adjacent block. Please do not mix these bricks with original Montini parts. PLA is significantly harder than the original bricks, and layer ridges on the new bricks act like sandpaper. You will wear out your original Montini bricks very quickly. I would love to see your creations!
