Montini building bricks were manufactured from 1961 to 1969 in the Netherlands. They were initially crafted from flexible, pliable polypropylene. http://www.puppenhausmuseum.de/montini-bausteine.html Do not mix these with authentic Montini parts. PLA is significantly harder than the original bricks, and the layer ridges act like coarse sandpaper. You will quickly wear down the original Montini bricks. The top pins fit standard Lego full-height classic bricks perfectly. The bottom holes fit but do not securely grip Lego pins. The right-angle strips with pins on the inside were modeled after the original Montinis. I added an additional set with pins on the outside so they can be used as decorative perimeter elements for buildings.
