Montini building bricks One Pip Set (Lego Compatible)

Montini building blocks were crafted from 1961 to 1969 in the Netherlands, showcasing innovative design. Originally made from soft, flexible polypropylene, these blocks featured a unique structure with diagonal fins that subtly curved around the pips of adjacent blocks. Optimized for use with a 0.4mm nozzle, these blocks relied on friction fit parts, emphasizing the importance of precise tolerances to ensure seamless assembly. To avoid damaging original Montini components, it is essential not to mix them with replicas made from PLA. This material is significantly harder than the original bricks, and layer ridges can cause wear, rapidly wearing down the surface of the original blocks. A comprehensive collection of original Montini parts has been modeled, with most already available for download. Further additions will be uploaded in the near future, including the two-pip by n-pip set, which is currently accessible on Thingiverse under ID 4051035.
