This is an H-type Quadcopter for 8.5 mm motors. Motor holes are made to be 8.25 mm for quadcopter_bottom/quadcopter_bottom_2 and 8.5 mm for quadcopter_bottom_3. Quadcopter_bottom_3 accommodates wider motor holes for 3D printers using cheaper plastic that expands often, providing better compatibility with bad quality prints. You can use Hubsan X4 (107C or 107D) motors along with http://micro-motor-warehouse.com/products/cl-0820-15-11t high speed motors for optimal performance. For a wider hole of 8.5 mm on Quadcopter_bottom_3, you also get extra protection due to its increased dimensions. Additionally, quadcopter_bottom_3 takes into account the expansion of plastic that occurs when printed using lower-cost materials. I have made several additional design improvements as well as put some more branches in the body for further customizations and features such as a built-in arduino setup with a better layout for electronic components.
