Revision of the "Montana Mask" from makethemasks.com. I've enlarged the loops to make it easier to apply straps, revised the loop geometry to ensure reliable printing with no overhangs, and increased the loop fillet for added strength. To adjust sizing, I scale the mask in Cura between 90% and 100%. Most adults prefer scaling between 100% and 105%. When adding filter media, I scale the frame 1% less to avoid applying too much force. If you need thicker filter media, consider scaling the frame 2% less. The clasps are included to make the filter function like a regular respirator. To create the gasket, you'll need EDPM weatherstripping; for a secure fit, use elastic or rubber bands that aren't too tight. The mask should be somewhat loose-fitting but still seal well. You'll also need filter media, which can be cut from an N95 mask or sourced from HVAC filters with MPR>1900 or MERV >12, or HEPA.
