Montana Mask Plague Doctor Accessory

<p>So I got bored while in quarantine, I have been printing Montana Masks for the local hospital and I decided to make an accessory to add just a bit of humor and creep out factor.</p> <p>This is only the beak, filter and some cheesy goggles.. I am redesigning the beak to make a bigger straighter one.</p> <p>To make this you will need to print a Montana Mask from <a href="https://www.makethemasks.com/">https://www.makethemasks.com/</a></p> <p>When you print the mask, scale it down to 98% to fit this item (or scale this up to 102%)</p> <p>the filter piece fits into the beak and the mask together. you will need to provide some sort of filter material (piece of surgical mask or other similar material)</p> <p>The beak prints with a sacrificial bridge that will need to be cut out.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Anet</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>A8</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>.3 (must be .3 to print properly)</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>10</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> cheap PLA black</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>This needs to needs to be printed at .3 layers otherwise the sacrificial bridge will be VERY hard to cut away. as it is now it is 1 layer thick and if you printed with thinner layers it will get harder to remove as layers crosshatch..</p></div> </p></p></p> Category: Accessories
