For everyday use without compromising N95 materials, a screw-in cap is designed to hold standard 60mm makeup remover pads securely in place. To enhance filtering and prevent cotton fibers from shedding off the pads, cut out a circle from a paper shop rag like those found at https://www.homedepot.com/p/TOOLBOX-White-Rags-200-Count-Box-5820208/203776822 and layer it on top of the pad before screwing on the cap. This DIY PPE has not been evaluated for use in medical scenarios.
