This remix of the Montana Mask is designed to stretch out N95 breathing masks for healthcare workers in need. Please create and provide these reusable / washable 3D printed masks to healthcare professionals who require them immediately. The mask enables a standard surgical mask to be cut into six pieces and inserted into it. The original Montana Mask was supposed to be printed with rigid plastic, such as PLA or ABS. I successfully adapted it to print in TPU, but created this version to save on flexible filament and increase print speed by using half PLA. To minimize the risk of mis-loading the flexible filament, I made a straight across transition instead of a curved one, resulting in exactly one filament change. I added a new Zig Zag version, which will be more challenging to print as it requires several layers of transition. However, this design should make the flexible and rigid parts adhere better, as I found they can separate when squished.
