I extracted the .THING file with WinRar and loaded the .STL in Windows 3D Builder. It's the entire wheel which included each individual tread, the non-tread part of the tire, and the rim. 3D Builder repaired the errors the file had, then I merged various sections to get: 1. Entire wheel. 2. Rim. 3. All tire sections. 4. Tire tread only. 5. Tire without tread.
