I build the original model and I took it to a rough field and ride hard until it breaks, took it home and improve parts that failed. After a few run it was perfect. The original model was build almost two years but at the time I was just begining with blender and it had too many issues to post it. A week ago I decided to fix all problems with blender I am no expert or educated in this field but blender became a passion for me. I hope you enjoy it too.Build gearbox and axles using the original instructions, dont forget the metal pins inside the shafts of both axles. I used 81mm shock but a little longer or shorter will work as long as it has 3mm holes to attach. Use pictures included to assemble new parts.Important: All gears and shafts from original model are unchanged, Use metal gear for the motor and nothing else or it will not last with 400 and 500 motors series. The original body will fit, the distance between body support are unchanged. CGB will also work with new frame.I included the gears I used, they are locked (CGB shaft gearTC, axle gear shaft) so you can lock front, back and main gearbox using those gears. I used them with (440 55T) motor without issues. For the 550 motor I use (550 35T).400 series: Motor mount is the same, use spacer included.500 series: Motor mount was modified to fit the motor properly. Add one tooth to motor gear ( I had 32p15t, now 32p16t gear), no spacer required for 500 series mount.Parts required: Brass inserts: M3 x 4mm x 5mm(18), M3 x 8mm x 5mm(4)(wheelShaft). Use M3x4mm to 6mm screws max where 4mm inserts are used. All red is PETG and black is PLA.
