Deep into the night, the campfire has dwindled to a bed of glowing embers, and icy fingers begin to seep through the adventurers' thin blankets. A piercing shriek jolts the weary adventurers awake from their slumber. Scanning their surroundings, the party is unable to pinpoint the source of the ear-piercing sound. One by one, the adventurers swiftly grasp for their trusty weapons as they suddenly feel the earth start to tremble beneath them. The rumbling intensifies with each passing heartbeat, growing louder and more menacing... As if coming from all directions, thundering hooves are galloping towards them at breakneck speed! It's a chilling omen: Monster Monday has arrived, and the Headless Horseman is on the prowl.
