A friend's daughter is designing a cosplay costume and asked me to create a custom badge for it. I was able to convert a transparent PNG image into an editable SVG file that I could import directly into Fusion 360. Next, I added a base layer, carefully cut out the corners of the design, and chamfered the edges to give it a professional finish. I've uploaded both versions - one with square corners and the other with rounded edges - so you can see how they turned out. To my surprise, the badge printed perfectly on my Monoprice Select Mini V2 3D printer. Unfortunately, my printer malfunctioned before I could complete printing the version with square corners.
