Monster Go DJ Bracket
thingiverse
I created a custom mixer, GO DJ, with a unique design that allows me to seamlessly blend tracks on my own music sessions. The mixer's frame is crafted from high-quality acrylic sheet, expertly paired with plush foam padding for optimal sound dampening and comfort during use. To attach the mixer securely, I added steel plates and tubes at the back, ensuring easy installation onto a microphone stand or any other preferred mounting point. To fabricate this intricate device, I relied on advanced cutting tools, precision lasers, heat-activated machinery, sturdy clamps, high-strength adhesives, rugged power grinders, efficient drills, controlled welding torches, and potent rivet guns. Each tool played a crucial role in crafting the distinctive aesthetic of my mixer. I commenced by utilizing the svg file to create custom cutouts for the acrylic sheet, foam inserts, and steel plates using precision lasers. The next step involved gluing small wooden pieces together to form a sturdy base structure. This clever setup enabled me to bend the device into its desired shape with greater ease. A heat gun proved particularly useful in heating specific sections of the frame until it naturally shifted to horizontal. Following this crucial manipulation, I focused on bending the outer "fingers" of the mixer into perfect synchrony. By strategically using clamps and leveraging my mechanical prowess, I successfully aligned the extended wooden plates with the central axis of the bracket. Subsequently, I expertly welded a cut steel plate to a precision-machined tube and carefully painted them to ensure optimal visibility in low-light settings. To finalize this exceptional mixing station, I carefully applied foam padding to the exterior surfaces and sealed the assembly using durable rivets for an air-tight bond. The outcome is an impressive, user-friendly music mixing tool that not only exceeds expectations but sets new standards for its kind.
