This is a 3D printing ready replacement for the front steering spindle of a Monster Beetle (parts K1/K8). It has been thoroughly tested on the road and proven to be extremely durable - it took several design revisions before it could withstand the stunt that destroyed the original. And if you break this one, it can be quickly replaced with another print. It does not require support material, printing slowly will help reduce warping in the overhanging areas. I printed at 0.2 mm, 20 mm/sec, 100% infill, a single shell, on an Ultimaker 2+. This model was created and printed using IceSL http://shapeforge.loria.fr/icesl.
