With this part it is possible to cook with the Monsieur Cuisine Smart or Connect with the blender jar open. This is particularly useful for pan-frying, flour sauces and all meals that need to be watched closely while cooking and cannot spill out. I strongly recommend using the pieces only up to a maximum of stirring level 2.
