Monoprice Ultimate/Wanhao D6 Filament Spool Holder with Bearings

This is yet another custom filament spool holder designed specifically for the Wanhao D6 with bearings. It securely holds standard 1KG spools and larger 3.5 KG spools measuring 12" x 4". My previous attempts at creating a spool holder failed due to cheap 608 bearings locking up under one-sided pressure. The new design prevents this by incorporating a spacer tube in the middle and two small washers that allow for smooth movement of all parts. A large tube makes contact only on the outside of the bearings, ensuring they move freely. I used a 12 cm M8 screw, washer, and nut to assemble the holder, while retaining the original printer nut for attachment. After realizing my fixed spool holder was causing damage, including excessive stretching of Ninjaflex, I created this custom design to accommodate larger spools and prevent wear on the extruder.
