I constructed a housing from an upcycled table and carved out a slot at the rear for cables. Next, I adapted the UK version of a "Brush Faceplate" for low-voltage cabling - single gang. I trimmed off the bottom and fashioned this bracket to securely hold it in position. It performs flawlessly for cable management! It utilizes an M4 bolt and nuts, along with some all-purpose silicone to seal things up tightly.
